Connor at the car wash entrance really took his time to ensure a good wash and scrub on my car. He even brought out a brush and got the top that the birds had gotten to. Great service!

I came here on July 4th in the afternoon. The guy up front who took my card was great and patient helping walk me through the packages as this was my first (and last) time here. But that lil blond boy with the glasses spraying the cars doesn’t know what he’s doing. Just yelling (directions I assume?) inaudibly at all the cars approaching who clearly have their windows up at this point. Common sense will tell you to use hand gestures instead as most car washes do. I’m sitting there trying to make out what he’s saying while also trying to make sure my tire is on the track. It sounded like he said “drive” so I kept driving and then he starts YELLING at my window “NEUTRAL! NEUTRAL!” Yeah I know how to use a car wash.. But his communication is abysmal, inaudible, and his attitude was unprofessional. It was just extremely overwhelming. Not to mention I paid for the Ultimate car wash. I got money off so it was only $17, but soap was left all over the underside and once I got home it all turned to residue all over the rims. Didn’t get everything off my car either. Overall very disappointed and will be choosing another car wash since this sounds like a common issue here.

Recently bought a subscription service for a good deal. Driving for UBER I need and want to wash my car everyday. Mike's will keep it clean for me.

I needed my card updated for the unlimited package. He scanned my sticker twice and I guess he is tablet was malfunctioning. So he told me he couldn't do it. As if I was about to get out of my car and go inside. So I said never mind answer disregarded and to just give me the choose two option. The blue option. He didn't even bother to ask me which two Services I wanted. I guess he just choose them for me. These employees are getting real laxed. Real lazy. And for what it's a car wash????

Carwash was great wasn't impressed with the tire shine that slung all over my truck for 3 days after the wash. It also left a nasty residue on my rims that I brought to their attention. Courtney did a phenomenal job at making things right. Thanks Courtney for your dedication it shows above others. Thanks Mike's for a great wash as always.
